Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or partially consumed water bottles are not eligible for return or refund. We do not accept returns based on personal preference, taste, or change of mind after delivery.
Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact Noval Beverages on the same day of delivery. Customers are required to provide order details and, if requested, clear evidence of the issue to help us verify the claim and resolve it efficiently.
Refund Process
Once your return or refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed accordingly. Refunds are issued using the original payment method where applicable. In some cases, a replacement product may be offered instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
Replacement Policy
If an issue is confirmed, we may arrange a replacement delivery within Lahore at no additional cost. Replacement timelines depend on stock availability and delivery schedules.
Delivery Area Limitation
All returns, refunds, and replacements are applicable only within Lahore, Pakistan. Orders delivered outside Lahore are not eligible, as Noval Beverages currently operates exclusively within this area.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, cancellation is not possible, and the Return & Refund Policy will apply.
